When you use Ophyin Launch, we may also process account identifiers, Firebase authentication identifiers, organization and brand profiles, campaign drafts, AI prompts and generated content, social account metadata, OAuth connection status, app usage records, diagnostics, and crash logs.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare project scopes, provide services, maintain business records, operate Ophyin Launch features, provide AI content generation, support social account connection workflows, monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers when required to operate our business or deliver agreed services, including cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, payment, email, support, and social platform APIs that you explicitly connect.

Connected Social Accounts

If you connect a social or video platform account, Ophyin Launch only uses the permissions needed to support the requested workflow, such as reading channel/account information or publishing content you prepare. OAuth tokens are stored on our backend and protected with encryption.

AI Content

AI prompts and generated content may be processed by our backend and AI service providers to produce requested outputs. Do not submit confidential third-party information unless you have the right to do so.
