Ophyin AI Limited respects your privacy and provides a simple way to request deletion of personal data associated with our apps, websites, and Meta / Facebook login integrations.

How to Request Deletion

Email admin@ophyinai.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Please include the email address or account identifier you used with our app so we can locate the relevant records.

What We Delete

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymise personal data linked to your account where legally and technically possible. This may include profile information, login identifiers, support messages, app preferences, and other account-related records.

Processing Time

We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days. Some records may need to be retained where required by law, security obligations, fraud prevention, accounting, or dispute handling requirements.
