These Terms govern enquiries and services provided by Ophyin AI Limited. Specific project scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing are governed by written quotations or agreements accepted by both parties.

Services

We provide AI agent development, workflow automation, internal tools, web and app platforms, and related software consulting.

Ophyin Launch

Ophyin Launch is an AI app launch and promotion workspace operated by Ophyin AI Limited. You are responsible for the brands, campaigns, prompts, social content, and account connections you create or authorize through the app.

You must only connect social, video, or third-party platform accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. Platform features may depend on third-party API availability, approval, review, and permission scopes.

Quotations

Website information is for general reference only. A project begins only after written scope and payment terms are confirmed.

Intellectual Property

Ownership and usage rights for project-specific deliverables will be defined in the applicable quotation or service agreement. Ophyin AI may retain reusable know-how, libraries, patterns, and non-client-specific components.

Payment

Payment methods must be confirmed in writing by Ophyin AI Limited before payment. Online payment channels will only be enabled after company payment account verification is complete. Mobile subscriptions or in-app purchases, if offered, may be processed through Apple, Google, Stripe, or another approved payment provider.

AI Outputs

AI-generated content may require human review before publishing. We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, lawful, platform-compliant, or commercially successful. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use.

Limitation

We do not guarantee specific commercial results, revenue growth, app approvals, or platform outcomes unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
